The program is designed for businesses based in Essaouira or sending clients to Essaouira who want a single, trusted car rental contact rather than juggling multiple brokers.

The program is open to hotels and riads in the Essaouira medina, Diabat, and Ghazoua, surf camps and surf schools in Sidi Kaouki and Moulay Bouzerktoune, tour operators offering Morocco itineraries, travel agencies sending clients to the Atlantic coast, and concierge services managing private guests. Independent travel content creators and affiliate publishers covering Morocco can also apply. Each partner profile receives a tier and process tailored to its booking volume and operational needs.

Approved partners receive a dedicated contact, booking guidance, and clear commission or referral terms during onboarding. Bookings can be passed to Car Hire Essaouira via WhatsApp, email, or a custom partner link, and confirmations are returned to the partner the same day. Vehicles are delivered free to the partner property, hotel, or Essaouira-Mogador Airport at the agreed time, and the rental contract is signed at handover. Each booking remains tracked under the partner profile for transparent commission accounting.

Every partner booking includes free vehicle delivery to the partner's property in the Essaouira medina, along the coast, or at Essaouira-Mogador Airport. Delivery times are coordinated by WhatsApp so guests are never left waiting at check-in. Partner-booked vehicles can be picked up and returned at Essaouira-Mogador Airport (ESU), in the city center, at the partner property, or at coastal points like Diabat and Sidi Kaouki. One-way drop-off is available for guests continuing to Marrakech, Agadir, Casablanca, Safi, or other Moroccan cities. Unlimited kilometres on every rental means partner guests planning long Morocco itineraries are never penalized for distance, which makes the program especially well-suited to multi-city travel agencies.

Every rental booked through partners includes full insurance, and a no-deposit option is available on standard cars to simplify the experience for first-time visitors and short-stay guests. Free cancellation and transparent flat-rate pricing apply to partner bookings the same way they apply to direct customers. Partners receive a clear written summary of the cancellation, insurance, and deposit logic so they can confidently brief guests at check-in.

Commission terms are agreed during onboarding and depend on the partner tier, hospitality referral, integrated booking, agency volume, or affiliate publishing. Each booking is logged under the partner ID, and partners receive a periodic statement summarizing confirmed bookings, completed rentals, and commission due. Payments are made by bank transfer or by mutually agreed local arrangement on a clear schedule, with no opaque deductions and no hidden fees in either direction.

Partners and their guests have direct access to a 24/7 WhatsApp line in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic for booking changes, late arrivals, vehicle questions, and on-the-road support. Because Car Hire Essaouira is the direct fleet operator and not a broker, decisions about vehicle swaps, schedule changes, and emergency support are made locally and quickly. To apply, partners share their business name, location, type of operation, and expected booking volume through the contact form or directly via WhatsApp. The Car Hire Essaouira team reviews each application, proposes a tier and commission structure, and provides onboarding materials including booking templates and partner contact details. Most partners are active within a few business days, with the first guest bookings handled hand-in-hand by the local team to make sure handover, delivery, and reporting all work smoothly.
